At Bali Kahyangan Tour, we understand that plans can change unexpectedly. However, to ensure the smooth operation of our tours and maintain the quality of service for all our customers, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
- Cancellations made within 24 hours before the scheduled tour departure time are non-refundable.
- Cancellations made at least one week (7 days) before the scheduled tour departure time are eligible for a 90% refund of the total tour cost.
Please note that refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original booking. Any applicable cancellation fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
